Optics Premier was founded by Mr V.K Foo in 1983 in The Centrepoint after his training in the U.K.. Mr Foo mentored Ms Lim Siew Lian after she completed her training in Singapore Polytechnic in 1997, both are currently managing the practice. With combined optometric and opticianry experience of more than 60yrs, Mr Foo and Ms Lim have been providing personalised eye care services to local and regional customers
